Sales Representative – Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer incoming inquiries and prepare quotation on timely manner
- To visit customer and provide them with the best solutions/support on product inquiries
- Establish and maintain strong business relationship with existing customers
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification
- With or without experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Good command of spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin or Cantonese
- Chinese preferably (Male or Female)
- Chinese female preferably
- Age between 20-30
- Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
- Attractive salary: Min RM2500 & above (Basic Salary + Incentive + OT)
- Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) & Alternative Saturdays
- Benefits: Bonus + Yearly company trip
Sales Coodinator – Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in enquiries, order processing & correspondence
- Prepare & follow up sales quotations, purchase requisition & other related paperwork
- Liaising with the logistics department on delivery arrangement
- Ensure all orders, procedures and updating are carried out accurately and timely
- General sales administration including maintaining proper filling
- Provide other administrative support (incoming calls, fax, handling courier, mailing & etc)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification
- With or without experience. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Training will be provided
- Decent command of spoken & written English
- Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) will be an added advantage
- Chinese female preferably
- Possess own transport
